The Fellows Fund was initiated in 2010 by visual artist and Director’s Guest, Lee Hall and is an essential part of making Civitella Ranieri accessible to all Fellows, regardless of their economic situation. Since 1995, Civitella Ranieri has hosted over 950 artists, composers and writers from over 95 countries including Kenya, Syria, and Iran. Fellows are nominated to reflect every continent on the map, and huge efforts are made to engage candidates who would not normally have the opportunity to travel outside their home countries.

In honor of our 25th year, we are working this summer to replenish and sustain the Fellows Fund. Your contribution will help qualifying Fellows purchase materials for their projects, cover mandatory visa expenses, participate in excursions, and defray unexpected costs.

When Fellows come to Civitella Ranieri they don’t leave the world behind, they bring it with them, and their world expands even more widely as a result. Help us grow our global community by donating to the Fellows Fund today.
