“Tell Me, Signora” by Ann Harleman (CRF 2007) has been nominated for the 40th annual Northern California Book Award (NCBA) in Fiction as one of the best works by a Northern California author published in 2020. “Tell Me, Signora” was also the recipient of the Elixir Press Fiction Award.
