The 2024 Pulitzer Prize in Poetry was awarded to Brandon Som (CRF 2017) for Tripas: Poems (Georgia Review Books), “a collection that deeply engages with the complexities of the poet’s dual Mexican and Chinese heritage, highlighting the dignity of his family’s working lives, creating community rather than conflict.”
Felipe Lara (CRF 2014, Juror) was a finalist in Music for his Double Concerto for esperanza spalding (CRF 2018), Claire Chase, and large orchestra.
