Blaise Joseph (CRF 2024, India) painted his tiramisù in Volte after dinner one night, using lime and gouache as well as soil pigments made from turmeric powder cultivated on his farm in Kerala. Blaise was one of 47 Fellows from 23 nations who gathered around Civitella’s table in 2024.
