Exibart, an Italian arts newsletter, had a piece on Casting the Castle, Civitella Ranieri’s annual event that took place in June.

Entitled, “Casting the Castle: In Umbria, a Medieval Fortress is Souled with Contemporary Art,” the article covers the performances “Cutter,” by Christian Chironi (CRF 212), “Gold Revolution,” by Francesca Grilli (CRF 2017), and “Untitled,” by Cesare Pietroiusti (CRF 1996).

“Casting the Castle confirms itself,” according to the article, “as an event able to concert effectively, under a balanced mix of ancient and contemporary, languages and diversified stimuli.”
