Charlie Aubry, Visual Arts, France (he/him)
Charlie Aubry is a multidisciplinary artist who explores electronics to create sound and visual experiences through which he questions his daily life. In parallel, he develops performative musical projects using machines and recordings. He has collaborated with the choreographer Maguy Marin, composing soundtracks for the performances “BiT” and “Deux Mille Dix Sept” and music and scenography for “Ligne de Crète” in 2018. He has exhibited at the Salon de la Jeune Création, the Salon de Montrouge and the Palais de Tokyo. He graduated from Isdat (The Institut supérieur des arts et du design de Toulouse). He is a winner of the Audi Talents Awards and was a resident of Villa Médici in 2021-2022.
Ishion Hutchinson, Writing, Jamaica/USA (he/him)
Ishion Hutchinson is the author of two poetry collections: “Far District” and “House of Lords and Commons.” He is the recipient of a National Book Critics Circle Award for Poetry, a Guggenheim Fellowship, the Joseph Brodsky Rome Prize, the Whiting Writers Award, the PEN/Joyce Osterweil Award, the Windham-Campbell Prize for Poetry and the American Academy of Arts and Letters Award in Literature, among others. He is a contributing editor to the literary journals The Common and Tongue: A Journal of Writing & Art and teaches in the graduate writing program at Cornell University.
