Anne Lilly
Anne Lilly deploys a broad range of media (abstract kinetic sculpture, painting, and figurative clay) to bring rationalism — geometry, grids, and gradients — into direct engagement with emotional sensation. Her work has garnered numerous awards, including the Barnett and Annalee Newman Foundation’s grant-award for lifetime achievement, and is held in museum, corporate, and private collections. Lilly studied engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute before earning her Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech, and her MFA from Clark University.
