Debora Ventanni lives in Umbertide. Her passion for cooking emerges from her continual exploration of emotions. Surrounded by art since birth, she has always sought experiences that completely engage her emotions and senses. Realizing that taste was not a part of visual art, Debora decided to explore through cooking. Her favorite dish? Coniglio in salmi (rabbit stew), and her nonna’s torta al testo (Umbrian flatbread). Outside of the kitchen, Debora loves travel, reading, and sports.
