Jennifer Dowley (Chair of the Board) of Millerton, New York, served as President of Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation in Great Barrington, Massachusetts. Previously, Ms. Dowley was the Director of Museums and Visual Arts at the National Endowment for the Arts in Washington, DC, and Executive Director for ten years of the Headlands Center for the Arts in Sausalito, California, an international artist community. For many years prior, she managed public art programs for the Cities of Cambridge, MA and Sacramento, CA. Ms. Dowley received a BA from Denison University in Granville, OH and has completed graduate courses in nonprofit management focusing on leadership, fundraising and human resources. She lives in rural upstate New York with her two children.
