Levi Taylor is a Los Angeles-based Kennedy Center Artist and two-time Michigan Emmy-nominated composer whose compositions span both concert halls and visual media. His works have been described as “invigoratingly subtle … with a good measure of panache” (Classical Concert Review). Recent highlights include an operetta commissioned by the Washington National Opera and premiered at the Kennedy Center, and acclaimed commissions from the prestigious Sphinx Virtuosi and Sphinx Symphony Orchestra with notable performances at Carnegie Hall, Detroit’s Orchestra Hall, and the Kennedy Center.
