Michaela Olson graduated with a BA Degree in English and Italian Studies from Wesleyan University in 2020. Her thesis exploring the translation, circulation, and reception of Elena Ferrante’s Neapolitan Tetralogy earned her High Honors in both departments. Before joining the Civitella team in 2021, Michaela worked in both nonprofit and for-profit publishing. An avid reader, Michaela lives in Brooklyn.
