Patrizia Caini started working for Civitella Ranieri in 1998 as a housekeeper. She became sous-chef in 2006, and now works during the winters as a housekeeper and during the season as a sous-chef. Born in Perugia, she worked as the sous-chef at the kindergarten in Niccone. She worked as a caretaker at the Umbertide Primary School, Umbertide Municipality and Umbertide Hospital. She has recently begun attending cooking courses with great pleasure in Città di Castello. She has two children, Giorgio and Ilenia and two grandchildren, Tommaso and Letizia.
