Pélagie Gbaguidi Benin Belgium is a contemporary artist griot interested in the decolonization of knowledge and its transmission. As an extension of my research, Civitella Ranieri has been a laboratory of unprecedented experiences (crossroads of encounters with outstanding artists and personalities, expective geographical location, visits and excursions to Renaissance museums). The icon and the representation of the feminine through the character of the Madonna is a prism of questions on gender in the 21st century that caught my attention.
