My stay at Civitella allowed me to complete the project I had been working on for several months, a large ensemble, 35 min long work. The work, “Ziaboga”, could find its final tone and its ending thanks to the conditions of the studio I was offered, silent and open to magnificent views, with a wonderful piano. The community life was rich and gave me energy and ressources to rethink and better accomplish what I had in mind. The routines but also the breaks (the trips!) were the best frame for me to go through a complex writing.
