Rosanna Minelli was born in Umbertide in 1964. She had family who worked at the Civitella Ranieri Castle and attended the Civitella Ranieri elementary school, housed in the Castle, until the third grade. Rosanna returned to Civitella to work for the Foundation in 2021. She lives with her husband and son in Rancolfo.
