Born in Urbino in the region of Le Marche, Silvia Paradisi moved to Umbria in 2003. A handicraft enthusiast and lover of gardens, Silvia has been living and working at the Castle full-time since 2024, with her 14-year-old cat Rantola. Silvia enjoys making paper mache sculptures, writing, reading, and taking long walks around the Castle.

Marco, Civitella’s seasonal gardener, and I have begun transplanting seedlings, repotting flowers, and caring for the gardens. I am ready to embark on this new adventure.”
