The soundtrack music for “The Damned Don’t Cry” by Egyptian composer Nadah El Shazly (CRF 2022) is this year’s Recipient of the Best Original Soundtrack at Bordeaux Film Festival (FIFIB).
The movie, directed by Fyzal Boulifa, premiered at the Venice Film Festival in September. El Shazly’s work makes for quite the soundtrack to Morocco’s immense desert land and brown cityscapes. Congratulazioni, Nadah!
