Tribeca New Music presents NakedEye – You Are in My House. NakedEye Ensemble is an electro-acoustic octet with classical, rock, and jazz DNA on the forefront of cutting-edge and crossover music that defies conventional labels. Founded in and based out of Lancaster, PA, NakedEye has developed a fluid repertoire reflective of its DNA, commissioning projects, institutional and artistic collaborations, and its mission of musical exploration and innovation.
NakedEye’s music follows a simple philosophy: know who you are, seek change. The stylistic mix of the repertoire reflects the musicians’ jazz, improv, rock, classical, minimalist, theatrical backgrounds by combining them all without settling into any one of them. The constant movement of form and ideas gives an edge to NakedEye’s performances.
