The Milton Resnick and Pat Passlof Foundation is pleased to host the final concert of theNew York New Music Ensemble‘s 2018/2019 season. The NYNME will premiere a site-specific work by composer Ken Ueno (CRF 2013), inspired by Resnick’s former studio:

What struck me most during my visit was the room where Mr. Resnick worked. There were beautiful traces, splashes, bearing the actions of his labor on walls and marking spaces where his canvases had been…I say that architectural spaces are also instruments. 87 Eldridge is a living museum. Living, not only because of the exhibits, but because the building itself was witness to Resnick’s painting. His spirit is still there.
