Diana Arismendi

Diana Arismendi has developed an intense career dedicated to creation, teaching, and cultural management, focused on contemporary and Latin American music, fields in which she conducts dissemination and research work. Her extensive production includes orchestral music, concertos, opera, vocal, as well as works for solo instruments and chamber music, that have been performed extensively in America and Europe. A professor of Composition at the Simón Bolívar University, she holds un Diplôme superieur de composition from l’École Normale de Musique de Paris and a DMA from Catholic University of America.

Heather Stebbins

Music, USA

Heather Stebbins is a sound artist and educator based in Washington, DC, where she is Assistant Professor of Electronic and Computer Music at George Washington University. She works with sounds created by instruments, found objects, nature, and voltage to generate musical experiences ranging from notated works for chamber ensembles to improvised performances on modular synthesizers.
