Visual artist Liz Collins (CRF 2023) was profiled in the Sunday New York Times this week. The profile comes amidst a slew of current and upcoming exhibitions featuring Liz and her remarkable textiles, including: “Rainbow Mountains: Moon” and “Rainbow Mountains: Weather” in the central pavilion of the 2024 Venice Biennale; a solo show at Candice Madey gallery in NYC this June; “Pride Dress” in the traveling exhibition “Woven Histories: Textiles and Modern Abstraction,” currently at the National Gallery in Washington D.C.; and a 2025 mid-career retrospective at the museum at the Rhode Island School of Design, among others.
