Nava Dunkelman is a Brooklyn-based percussionist and improviser born in Tokyo to an American father and Indonesian mother. Her work blends virtuosity with intuition through a distinctive, dynamic sonic palette. Her projects include the electro-percussion duo IMA with Amma Ateria and the percussion duo NOMON with her sister Shayna. She has collaborated with John Zorn, Du Yun, and Pauchi Sasaki, among others, and her work has been recognized by the Jerome Artist Residency and Commission at Roulette, and the American Composers Forum create Award, among others.

Susie Ibarra is a Pulitzer Prize-winning Filipina-American composer, percussionist, and sound artist, living in Berlin. A Yamaha, Zildjian, and Vic Firth artist, she founded Susie Ibarra Studio and co-founded Habitat Sounds Label and Publishing. Her work supports Indigenous and traditional music cultures and advocates for glaciers, freshwater, and water in desert climates. Recent honors include the 2025 Pulitzer Prize in Music for “Sky Islands,” the 2025 Creative Capital Artist Award, the 2024-2025 DAAD Music and Sound Fellowship, and the 2024 American Academy of Arts and Letters Charles Ives Fellowship
