I had a marvellous month in Civitella. As it was my first residency ever, I enhaled the wonderful opportunty to not having to function every day as a freelance artist and therefore I could relax from chronic stress and dive into new projects by reading, and listening  a lot. In slience. I liked my studio in the wall very much by thinking that the ghosts of all these poeple walking through this magic castle during centuries passed by in the form of a lizard which continually visited me. The open and helpful staff, the delicious food  and the enchanting talks with my inspiring Fellows made my stay a special experience.
