Journalist and historian (Rome, 1961) Paola Caridi focused her reporting and research on contemporary MENA region political history. She worked and lived for 12 years between Cairo and Jerusalem as a reporter and a political analyst. A lecturer at the University of Palermo, she is a member of the editorial board for the Turin International Book Fair. She is the head of “La Stanza del Mondo” series at HopefulMonster publishing house. Her books on the Middle East have been published by Feltrinelli.
