The focus of my work at Civitella was to develop a neural network of guiding principles for a new chamber concerto. Along the way, I stumbled upon an entirely new approach to material creation (entirely new to me, at least). I will certainly add this to my methodology moving forward. My procrastination was productive, too. I revised two works from 2014 and read several books on Jazz.

I am grateful to have had this experience. Civitella is a gift.
